“The Cure” In Practice
NOTE: If you haven’t yet read the July 18th, July 20th, and July 26th entries, you might want to do that first, and it that order.
So what would “The Cure” consist of? Since white framing was important in Stearn’s book, I knew it had to be white. It also had to be a liquid, and not too runny a liquid. Maybe something that had the consistency of cream.
The bottle my imagination conjured up was unusual, too. A funny old bottle from the 1940’s or 1950’s with a rather plain label that had a green, hand-drawn border and “The Cure” printed on it in large, orange letters on two lines. This was kept in a part of my workshop that looks like a doctor’s office, in a cabinet near an examination table. And there is plenty of it available. It’s just there.
So twice daily, usually before going to bed and again before getting up in the morning, I would enter the alpha-state, go down to my workshop, and take the cure. I would just visualize myself getting the bottle from the cabinet and pouring some of it into a small plastic cup while sitting on the examination table, taking a swallow, then lying down and watching or directing it through my system, bathing everything in white along the way.
While the cure was taken orally, it did have special properties and did not just follow the digestive tract but traveled everywhere as directed by my mind.
So I would swallow it, watch it coat my throat and esophagus, and direct it to my lungs, liver, heart and surrounding arteries, and all the organs, sometimes naming them, sometimes just imagining them, with special emphasis on the site of the abdominal pain. Everything would be covered, then I would imagine it draining into my legs, where it would be exhausted.
Sometimes I would let the first swallow travel up into my brain and bathe that in white, then drink some more and continue with the rest of the organs.
I don’t remember how long it took, this was a couple of years ago, but the pain symptoms eventually went away and I stopped using “The Cure.” I must add, that I continued to use a variety of anti-oxidants and supplements and do some lymphosizing and did not rely on “The Cure,” alone. So if you decide to put something like this to use, I would suggest using it in addition to, not instead of whatever else you are doing. I also see this as a preventative, which is why I would have it bathe all the organs and not just the problem area. It had a nice effect on the brain, too.
